The copper allows heat to be transferred evenly to the coffee grounds due to the high thermal conductivity. In return, the end result is nothing less than perfect!
To achieve the best flavour, wet the paper filter first, add the coffee grounds (medium grind) and slowly pour the hot water across the top, in a circular motion. A gooseneck kettle is recommended for accuracy and control.
